Founded in 2020, Gifford Miller Group began by offering development consulting services to both large and small public and private builders and developers throughout the Bay Area. Since then, we have been lucky enough to participate in some of the largest and most exciting projects throughout Northern California. We use the knowledge and invaluable experience of working with some of the most sophisticated developers and builders to pursue extraordinary projects that are inspiring and change the community in which they are built.

As we continue to evolve, we stay true to our core mission which is to develop captivating properties that are inspiring and where people love to be.

THE Founder

My inspiration to start Gifford Miller Group began when I was a young boy growing up in an affordable suburb of Los Angeles County, California. Although we struggled with money at times, I had a good upbringing and parents who loved me and inspired me.

It wasn't uncommon that my dad would take us to model homes in beautiful neighborhoods and shopping centers and would talk about what it would be like to live there. I fell in love with those places - they were beautiful and represented a dream that I could pursue.

It wasn't until many years later that I realized that is where my love for real estate began. Those days of sitting in the master bedroom of a beautiful model home or under the lights strung across the walkway in an outdoor shopping center. I loved it - and still do!

My inspiration and dream is to create neighborhoods and gathering places where all people love to gather and where they can be inspired to pursue their dreams and be the best they can be.
